該機(jī)型是愚劈式濃縮過(guò)濾組合式離心機(jī)，在兩個(gè)不同的分離階段上將臥式螺旋卸料沉降離心機(jī)與臥式螺旋卸料過(guò)濾離心機(jī)的工作原理和特點(diǎn)結(jié)合起來(lái)，達(dá)到的分離效果。在個(gè)固液分離階段，物料在轉(zhuǎn)鼓沉降區(qū)域脫水，將分離濃縮后的固體推至過(guò)濾區(qū)域，清液則從出溢流口排出;在第二個(gè)固液分離階段，濃縮過(guò)的物料在過(guò)濾轉(zhuǎn)鼓中脫水進(jìn)一步降低固相中的含水率該機(jī)型特別適用于化工、制藥等行業(yè)中的固液分離，其具有處理量大，分離后的固相含濕量低等特點(diǎn)。尤其針對(duì)母液含固量低或者母液中含少量油性、膠體物質(zhì)的工況、效果更明顯。
it is a combination of a solid bowl decanter centri- fuge and a screen worm centrifuge with exceptiona dewatering results in the decanter component,the feed suspension is first prethickened.i.e.it is extensively dewatered in the conical part of the solid bowl The liquid is clari- fied in the cylindrical part and finally discharged .The pre-thickened solids are transported into the cylindrical screen section by the worm where addi- tional dewatering is achieved This centrifuge is particularly applicable for the solid-liquid separation in chemical pharmaceutical and other industries.It features large processing capacity and low moisture rate of solid content.Es pecially for conditions that mother liquid with low solid concentration or mother liquid with small amount of oil substance.with better effect
