一、工作原理及應(yīng)用范圍介紹Introduction of Working Principle and Scope of Application
高速旋轉(zhuǎn)的錘片式刀組對(duì)物料進(jìn)行高速剪切撞擊等多種作用下被粉化，同時(shí)物料還獲得高能量高速度的顆粒物又再次與齒形結(jié)構(gòu)的粉碎腔室壁形成碰撞作用，物料在多重動(dòng)能作用下被粉碎達(dá)到細(xì)度要求，然后物料被風(fēng)從環(huán)形結(jié)構(gòu)的縫隙帶入旋風(fēng)分離器進(jìn)行氣、固分離，從而達(dá)到粉碎與收料過(guò)程的完成。本機(jī)廣泛應(yīng)用于中藥材、纖維性產(chǎn)品、蔬菜、草類(lèi)及飼料、化工、生物、醫(yī)藥等行業(yè)。
The materials are refined under the high-speed shearing and compact of hammer-shape cutter rotating at high speed; the granules with high energy and speed compact with the wall of pulverizing chamber in the tooth structure; so that the materials are pulverized to the fineness required under action of several kinetic energies, then brought to the cyclone separator for gas and solid separation through gap of circular structure, thus to complete the pulverizing and collecting processes. This equipment is widely applied in traditional Chinese medicine, fiber product, vegetable, grass and feed, chemical, biological and medicine industries.
二、特點(diǎn) Characteristics
1、無(wú)粉碎細(xì)度控制的過(guò)濾篩網(wǎng)，可有效防止堵塞。
2、粉碎粒徑靠調(diào)節(jié)環(huán)隙的大小來(lái)控制粉碎粒徑大小，可調(diào)控。
3、粉碎刀組加工成雙面刃，可定期調(diào)換粉碎刃，大大減低運(yùn)行成本。
1. The filtering screen with pulverizing fineness control is not provided, thus to effectively prevent blockage.
2. The pulverizing grain size is controlled and adjusted through adjusting the size of circular gap.
3. The pulverizing cutter is provided with double-edged sword, and the pulverizing sword may be replaced regularly, thus to significantly reduce the operation cost.
