用途Usage

主要用于電站鍋爐、壓力容器、減溫減壓裝置等設(shè)備，防止壓力超過允許zui高壓力值，保證設(shè)備安全運(yùn)行。
This valve is used for power plant boilers, pressure containers, pressure and temperature reducing devices and other facilities. It serves
to prevent the pressure from exceeding max. allowable value and ensure the safety of the device during working.

結(jié)構(gòu)簡述 Struture briefing

1.該閥門為單排汽、兩端為法蘭連接結(jié)構(gòu)。主要由閥體、閥蓋、活塞室、閥瓣、閥桿等組件。
2.閥座、閥瓣密封面均由鐵基鉻鎳不銹鋼焊條堆焊而成，提高了耐磨性和抗沖蝕性。

1.The structure of the valve is of single exhaust and both of its ends are connected with flange. It is mainly consisted of body , bonnet, cushion container, piston chamber, disc valve stem and other parts.
2.Both sealed surfaces of the seat and disc are overlaying welded with Fe base stainless steel welding rod so as to improve wear re-sistance and erosion resistance.

安裝說明 Installation instruction

1、閥門應(yīng)垂直安裝在設(shè)備zui高位置
2、主安全閥緊固在支座上，支座承受主安全閥排汽時(shí)產(chǎn)生的反作用力。
3、排汽管應(yīng)有專門吊架，排汽管重量不得加在主安全閥上。
4、主安全閥與排汽管之間的連接法蘭應(yīng)消除任何的附加預(yù)應(yīng)力。
5、排汽管的zui低點(diǎn)應(yīng)考慮疏水，以免排汽時(shí)產(chǎn)生水擊。

1.The main safety valve shall be installed vertically in the highest position of the device.
2.The main safety valve shall be fastened upon the gallow,which sustains the counterforce produced in the steam discharging process of the main safety valve.
3.The exhaust pipe shall contain a special gallow to preventthe force of its weight directly applying on the main safety valve.
4.The connecting flang between the main safety valve andexhaust pipe shall eliminate any extra stress.
5.At the lowest point of the exhaust pipe. water drainage shall be taken into consideration to avoid producing water hammer while discharging steam.
