1.   用途：應(yīng)用于塑膠產(chǎn)品、五金塑膠、皮帶扣膠面等拋光處理，低用工成本、提高產(chǎn)量、穩(wěn)定品質(zhì)有明顯的優(yōu)點，特別適用于品種單一而量大的塑膠五金用戶和電鍍用戶。能提高電鍍成品率、質(zhì)量和減少電鍍時間，減低電鍍成本消耗，是電鍍廠的好幫手，取代手工制作的理想設(shè)備。

依據(jù)相應(yīng)的拋光工藝分別安裝：布輪、風(fēng)輪等拋光材料。

2.   機器功能：左、右方向可自動擺動，并配套變速功能；前后方向自動來回移動，拋光輪能自動上下工作（另配有手動微調(diào)壓力功能）。依據(jù)拋光工件規(guī)格可自行定制研磨工件行程長度、左右擺動幅度、研磨所需要的壓力大小和自動研磨時間；針對產(chǎn)品不同的原材料，可手動調(diào)整研磨速度；在安全方面配套遇險自動停止運行功能，對生產(chǎn)過程中的人身安全提供了可靠保障。
