產(chǎn)品描述:玖城牌半合成切削液是合成極壓型產(chǎn)品，不含礦物油，由多種優(yōu)質(zhì)進(jìn)口水溶性添加劑采用工藝調(diào)制而成，適用于特殊硬質(zhì)材料、合金鋼、不銹鋼。長(zhǎng)壽命，長(zhǎng)期使用不變質(zhì)，優(yōu)良防銹性，良好潤(rùn)滑性，和抗極壓效果，具很好低泡性，適用各種不同硬度、不同金屬材質(zhì)在CNC多刀具加工中心使用。

產(chǎn)品特點(diǎn):

優(yōu)異的潤(rùn)滑和冷卻性能，可減輕刀具結(jié)屑瘤，提高加工件精度，降低刀具損耗。

良好的防銹、防腐性能，堿性低，對(duì)皮膚、眼睛無(wú)刺激。

濃縮液含且高，使用比例低，抗微生物性能好，工作液壽命長(zhǎng)。

加工時(shí)滲透性好，清洗性好，對(duì)機(jī)床油漆無(wú)影響。

產(chǎn)品應(yīng)用:

適用于金屬的重負(fù)荷車削、銑削、磨削、鉆削、攻絲等加工，能適合加工中心多刀具、多種金屬混合加工的復(fù)雜狀況，起潤(rùn)滑、冷卻和防銹作用。

JC semi synthetic cutting fluid is a synthetic extreme pressure product without mineral oil.It is made up of many advanced imported water soluble additives using advanced technology refined.Suitable for special hard material, alloy steel and stainless steel.Long life, long-term use not metamorphic, excellent antirust, good lubricity,extreme anti -pressure effect, very good low bubble.Applicable to various hardness and different metal materials used in CNC multi-tool machining center.

characteristics:

Excellent lubrication and cooling performance can reduce the nodules of tools, improve machining accuracy and reduce tool wear.

Good anti-rust, anticorrosive properties, low alkalinity, no irritation to skin and eyes.

The concentrate has high content, low use ratio, good microbiological resistance and long service life.

Good permeability during processing, good cleaning, no effect on machine tool paint.

Recommended use:

It is suitable for metal heavy load turning, milling, grinding, drilling, tapping and so on. It can be suitable for the complex conditions of Multi Tool and metal mixed processing in the processing center, and it can play the role of lubrication, cooling and rust prevention.
