產(chǎn)品描述:玖城牌高速軸承潤滑脂采用酯類合成油聚脲類化合物為稠化劑，加有多種添加劑精制而成。

產(chǎn)品特點(diǎn):

優(yōu)異的抗磨性能和抗水性能，的防銹及防剝落性能。

優(yōu)良的低噪音性能和高速性能，高清潔度、不含顆粒雜質(zhì)。

優(yōu)異的熱抗氧化穩(wěn)定性和防銹防腐蝕能力，極長的軸承壽命。

優(yōu)異的抗堿能力和耐水性能，提供良好的防銹、抗腐蝕保護(hù)。

產(chǎn)品應(yīng)用:

用于超高速機(jī)床主軸、紡織機(jī)錠子，滾珠絲桿和高速裝置心軸的長壽命潤滑。

用于工作于潮濕環(huán)境下的軸承的長期潤滑，可有效抵御水、酸性以及堿性液體的侵蝕。

用于低溫低起動(dòng)力矩軸承、高速陀螺馬達(dá)、高速貼片機(jī)絲桿及導(dǎo)軌、精密傳動(dòng)齒輪的潤滑。

使用溫度:-40℃～180℃

product description:JC High speed bearing grease uses the ester synthetic oil polyurea compounds were used as thickener,add a variety of additives refined.

Performance characteristics:

Excellent abrasion resistance and water resistance, excellent anti-rust and anti-stripping performance;

Excellent low noise and high speed performance, high cleanness and no particle impurities.

Excellent thermal oxidation resistance and rust resistance and corrosion resistance. Very long bearing life.

Excellent anti J alkali capability and water resistance, providing good rust protection and corrosion protection.

Recommended use:

It is used for long life lubrication of spindle of super high speed machine tool, spindle of textile machine, ball screw and high speed device mandrel.

It is used for long term lubrication for bearings in wet environment ,can effectively resist erosion of water, acid and alkaline liquids.

It is used for lubrication of low temperature low starting torque bearing, high speed gyro motor, high speed tape machine screw rod and guide rail and precision transmission gear.

Temperature range:-40℃ to 180℃
