食品級高壓軟管

 


我公司的高壓清洗軟管分為以下二類

1：UNT--高壓清洗軟管（食品級）

2：UNT--耐侵溶型高壓清洗軟管（食品級）

類食品級高壓清洗軟管產(chǎn)品的主要特征是 耐高壓  耐拉伸  耐扭曲 使用輕便的特點，產(chǎn)品采用進口LG原料保證了產(chǎn)品的耐老化性能，在正常的自然環(huán)境中達到裂痕的效果。

第二類產(chǎn)品是針對肉食品加工過程中動物的油脂以及一些添加劑，特別是接觸牛油、羊油、雞油、大豆油加工業(yè)，會對產(chǎn)品的材質(zhì)產(chǎn)生侵蝕反應(yīng)，使產(chǎn)品在使用過程中出現(xiàn)變硬 裂痕的現(xiàn)象，我司根據(jù)現(xiàn)場情況的調(diào)研，研發(fā)出來的耐分解 耐油侵型的產(chǎn)品，此產(chǎn)品采用進口LG的原料，采用的漿溶塑化技術(shù)，大幅度增加了材質(zhì)的分子穩(wěn)定，使第二類產(chǎn)品比類產(chǎn)品更耐磨 更耐侵蝕的特性，使用壽命是類產(chǎn)品的數(shù)倍。

   The main features of the first kind of food high pressure cleaning hose are high pressure resistance, pulling resistance, distortion resistance , portability. And Using imported LG raw material, make sure the ageing-resistant performance, achieve the effect of never crack in normal natural environment .

    According to the oil and some additives in the meat processing , especially the butter, suet, chicken oil, soybean oil, all above material will reduce the etching reaction with the material of the hose, and make the hose harden and cracked in during using. According to this situation, we develop this kind products with decomposition resistant and oil invasion, Using imported LG raw material, adopt the advanced slurry solution technology, Greatly increased the molecular stability of the material, make the second products is more wear resistant erosion than the first products. And make the working life several times than the first products.
