●膜片聯(lián)軸器是由幾組膜片(不銹鋼薄扳1Cr18Ni9)用螺栓交錯(cuò)地與兩半聯(lián)軸器聯(lián)接,每組膜片由數(shù)片疊集而成,膜片分為連桿式和不同形狀的整片式。

●膜片聯(lián)軸器靠膜片的彈性變形來補(bǔ)償所聯(lián)兩軸的相對位移,是一種高性能的金屬彈性元件撓性聯(lián)軸器,不用潤滑,結(jié)構(gòu)較緊湊,強(qiáng)度高,使用壽命長,無旋轉(zhuǎn)間隙,不受溫度和油污影響,具有耐酸、耐堿、防腐蝕的特點(diǎn),適用于高溫、高速、有腐蝕介質(zhì)工況環(huán)境的軸系傳動(dòng),廣泛用于各種機(jī)械裝置的軸系傳動(dòng),如水泵(尤其是大功率、化工泵)、風(fēng)機(jī)、壓縮機(jī)、液壓機(jī)械、石油機(jī)械、印刷機(jī)械、紡織機(jī)械、化工機(jī)械、礦山機(jī)械、冶金機(jī)械、航空(直升飛機(jī))、艦艇高速動(dòng)力傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng),經(jīng)動(dòng)平衡處理后應(yīng)用于高速傳動(dòng)軸系已比較普遍。

使用與保養(yǎng)

安裝前,應(yīng)清洗兩軸端面,檢查端面鍵槽口等配合情況;

膜片聯(lián)軸器安裝以后,正常運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)一個(gè)班,必須檢查所有螺釘,如發(fā)現(xiàn)松動(dòng),必須擰緊,這樣反復(fù)幾個(gè)班,以保證不會(huì)松動(dòng);

為了防止膜片在高速運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)發(fā)生的微動(dòng)磨損,導(dǎo)致膜片螺栓孔出現(xiàn)微裂而損壞,可在膜片之間涂以二硫化鉬等固體潤滑劑或?qū)δて砻孢M(jìn)行減磨涂層處理;

應(yīng)避免長期超載使用和操作事故的發(fā)生;

在工作運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)中,應(yīng)經(jīng)常檢查膜片聯(lián)軸器是否發(fā)生異常現(xiàn)象,如有異?,F(xiàn)象發(fā)生必須及進(jìn)維修;

在可能由于運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)的膜片聯(lián)軸器引起人身和設(shè)備事故的各個(gè)場地必須采取適當(dāng)?shù)陌踩雷o(hù)措施。

Use and maintenance
