產(chǎn)品特點(diǎn)

  1．本品廣泛用于煉鋼終脫氧，能使用鋼液脫氧。脫氧產(chǎn)物容易在鋼液中上浮，可有效控制由脫氧不良產(chǎn)生的氣孔廢品。

  2．該脫氧劑脫氧效果好，熔點(diǎn)低、熔速快、吸收雜質(zhì)能力強(qiáng)，粘度小

  3．使用后鋼水流動性好，澆注過程無結(jié)瘤現(xiàn)象，有利于細(xì)化鋼液，使鋼液成份控制穩(wěn)定。

使用方法

  1．把本品放入鋼包中，倒入鋼水即可。

  2．噸鋼水加入量3．5—4公斤。

產(chǎn)品包裝

  25kg編織袋或1000kg 噸袋


Characteristics：   

1．This product is widely used in steelmaking final deoxidation，ａnd can be completely deoxidation by using molten steel．Deoxidation products are easy to float in molten steel，which can effectively control the waste gas produced by deoxidation．

2．The deoxidation agent has good deoxidation effect，low melting point，melting speed blockl strong absorption of impurities and small viscosity

3．After the use of molten steel fluidity，casting process without the phenomenon of nodulation，is conducive to refining the liquid，SO that the steel liquid components to control stability

Method of use：

1．Put the product into the ladle，pour into the molten steel can．

2．3．5—4kg of quantity of steel added by ton

package：25kg woven bag or I 000kg bagged packing．
