產(chǎn)品特點(diǎn)

1．本產(chǎn)品適用于鑄鋼、鑄鐵件砂型普通用明冒口，僅用覆蓋劑不用保溫冒口即可使冒口孔形狀呈“U“形、平底、無(wú)二次縮孔，補(bǔ)縮效率達(dá)30％。

2．冒口重量減少50％一75％。

適用范圍

1．等鋼水上升到冒口高度的2／3時(shí)投入為佳，也可以在澆注停止立即投放。若待鋼水表面結(jié)膜后再投放效果將明顯減弱。

2．控制澆注高度不能與砂箱相平，應(yīng)留20一一40mm高度以備堆放覆蓋劑。澆注控制原則：寧低勿高。
