S系列粒料振動(dòng)篩



用于篩分粒料的雙層振動(dòng)篩，可以去除物料中過(guò)大的結(jié)塊和過(guò)小的細(xì)粉，從而得到合格的顆粒物料。

工作原理：

振動(dòng)篩工作時(shí)，兩振動(dòng)電機(jī)同步反向旋轉(zhuǎn)使激振器產(chǎn)生反向激振力，迫使篩網(wǎng)（板）作縱向運(yùn)動(dòng)，使其上的物料受激振力而周期性向前拋出，從而完成物料篩分作業(yè)。適宜采石場(chǎng)篩分砂石料，也可供選煤、選礦、建材、電力及化工等行業(yè)作產(chǎn)品分級(jí)用。

S series granular vi

The double-layer vibrating screen used for screening granular materials can remove large agglomerates and small fine powders from the material, thereby obtaining qualified granular materials.

working principle:

When the vibrating screen is in operation, the two vibrating motors rotate synchronously in reverse, causing the exciter to generate reverse excitation force, forcing the screen mesh (plate) to move longitudinally, causing the material on it to be periodically thrown forward by the excitation force, thus completing the material screening operation. Suitable for screening sand and gravel materials in quarries, and can also be used for product grading in industries such as coal selection, mineral processing, building materials, electricity, and chemical engineering.

Application scope:

In industries such as chemical, plastic, food, and pharmaceutical, materials are screened and graded.
