Operating principle
待分離的物料經(jīng)進料管進入高速旋轉的離心機轉鼓內(nèi)，在離心力場的作用下物料通過濾布(濾網(wǎng))過濾，液相經(jīng)出液管排出，固相則截留在轉鼓內(nèi)。待轉鼓內(nèi)濾餅達到機器規(guī)定的裝料量時，停正進料，對濾餅進行洗滌，同時將洗滌液濾出。濾餅脫液達到要求后，停機。專用的吊具將濾袋連同濾餅一起吊出至卸料處，打開卸料口，將濾餅卸出，然后將濾袋復位，進入待機狀態(tài)。

密閉結構。密封件采用硅橡膠或氟橡膠等，配置氮氣保護系統(tǒng)(選裝)，可實現(xiàn)密閉防爆要求，適合于有毒和易燃易爆場合的應用。配置液壓式忌臂吊(選裝)卸料方便，符合衛(wèi)生要求。
