工作原理
液/固混合流體通過(guò)進(jìn)料管分布于離心機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)鼓內(nèi)，在離心力場(chǎng)作用下，通過(guò)濾片截留固相，濾出液相。持續(xù)進(jìn)料，直至料滿(mǎn)，停止進(jìn)料，如工藝需要時(shí)則對(duì)濾餅進(jìn)行洗滌、提純，同時(shí)將洗滌液濾出。進(jìn)一步脫液，直至達(dá)到分離要求。停機(jī)，開(kāi)蓋，人工或吊袋將濾餅卸出，完成一次工作循環(huán)。
PQSB為人工卸料方式(可滿(mǎn)足潔凈區(qū)使用要求)。
PQSB為全開(kāi)蓋形式，可以在需要時(shí)機(jī)殼全開(kāi)后對(duì)機(jī)殼和轉(zhuǎn)鼓等部位進(jìn)行清洗和檢查。
Operating principle
Mixed solid and liquid fluids enters centrifuge drum via feed pipe. acting on the centrifugal position. Liquid-solid mixed fluid intercept the solid phase through the filter to filter out the liquid phase. Centrifuge Continues to feed until full. Then stop.
Solid cake is rinsed and purified when the process requires. And the rinsing liquid is filtered out meanwhile. Centrifuge further filter until the separation requirements are met.
Stop&open cover. manual or hanging bag to remove filter cake to complete a working cycle.
PQSB as platform manual Top discharge mode (meet the clean area use requirements) .
PQSB as fully open cover form. Cleaning and inspection of housing and drum parts can be carried out after full opening of the housing when needed.
