單工位立式（桁架）機(jī)械手
單工位立式（桁架）機(jī)械手，主要針對(duì)單臺(tái)數(shù)控機(jī)床配置的自動(dòng)上下料裝備，滿足零部件的單工序自動(dòng)化生產(chǎn)。
機(jī)械手采用高強(qiáng)度鋼梁、雙立柱架構(gòu)，純模塊化設(shè)計(jì)，適用于軸類、盤類、圓環(huán)等各種工件的自動(dòng)上下料。
具備靈活通用、移動(dòng)速度快、定位精度高、使用壽命長等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。
Simplex position vertical (truss) manipulator, mainly for single CNC machine tool configuration of automatic loading and unloading equipment, to meet the parts of the single process automation production.
Manipulator adopts high strength steel beam, double column structure, pure modular design, suitable for shaft, disc, ring and other kinds of workpiece automatic loading and unloading.

雙工位立式（桁架）機(jī)械手：
雙工位立式（桁架）機(jī)械手，主要針對(duì)兩臺(tái)數(shù)控機(jī)床配置的自動(dòng)上下料裝備，滿足零部件的單工序同步生產(chǎn)或雙工序換序生產(chǎn)。
機(jī)械手采用高強(qiáng)度鋼梁，多立柱架構(gòu)，根據(jù)工件的實(shí)際加工節(jié)拍與工序需要，可選用單手臂或雙手臂配置，實(shí)現(xiàn)單機(jī)循環(huán)模式或雙機(jī)協(xié)作模式，**程度實(shí)現(xiàn)無人化生產(chǎn)。
自動(dòng)上料、自動(dòng)下料、自動(dòng)裝夾、自動(dòng)吹屑、并將完工件自動(dòng)放置在料倉等連續(xù)性全自動(dòng)作，代替了人工裝夾。
