酒精回收

一、工作原理及應(yīng)用范圍介紹Introduction of Working Principle and Scope of Application

該設(shè)備是利用酒精沸點(diǎn)低于水及其溶液沸點(diǎn)的原理，用稍高于酒精沸點(diǎn)的溫度，將需回收的酒精溶液進(jìn)行加熱蒸發(fā)，經(jīng)塔體精餾后蒸發(fā)出高濃度酒精蒸氣，再經(jīng)冷凝器冷卻回收，獲得符合濃度要求的酒精。

適用于制藥、輕工、化工等行業(yè)稀酒精自動(dòng)回收，同時(shí)也適用于甲醇等其它溶媒的精餾。該系統(tǒng)可根據(jù)用戶要求，將30度左右的稀酒精精餾至93度以上（體積濃度比）的酒精。

This principle that the boiling point of alcohol is lower than that of the water and solution is adopted by the equipment; the alcohol resolution to be recycled is heated for evaporation at the temperature higher than the boiling point of alcohol; the high-concentration alcohol steam is obtained after rectificationin the tower and obtained after being cooled by the cooler, finally obtaining the alcohol with required concentration.

It is applicable to automatic recycling of dilute alcohol of pharmacy, light industry and chemical industry and to therectification of methanol and other solvents. This system can rectify the dilute alcohol about 30 degree to the alcohol over 93 degree (volume concentration ratio) as required by the customer.

二、特點(diǎn)Characteristics

1. 連續(xù)式回收工藝，回收率大于95%，塔底廢液中含料低，產(chǎn)品濃度穩(wěn)定，蒸餾效率高，運(yùn)行費(fèi)用低，投資省。

2. 回收酒精后，本設(shè)備采用外加熱自然循環(huán)與真空負(fù)壓蒸發(fā)方式，蒸發(fā)速度快，濃縮比重大，液料在全密封無泡沫狀態(tài)下進(jìn)行濃縮。

3. 收膏時(shí)不需在加熱器內(nèi)進(jìn)行，關(guān)閉加熱器上下蝶閥，在蒸發(fā)器內(nèi)底部收膏即可，比重可達(dá)1.35以上。

4. 本設(shè)備可自動(dòng)排水，減輕勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度，有半自動(dòng)化功能，定貨時(shí)需注明是否需要自動(dòng)排水。

1. The continuous recycling process is adopted to achieve over 95% of recovery rate, low material content of the waste liquor at the bottom of tower, stable concentration of product, high rectification efficiency, low operation cost and saving investment.

2. The external heating natural circulation and vacuum evaporation are adopted by the equipment after recycling the alcohol to provide the fast evaporation and high concentration ratio; the liquid is concentrated in fully sealed status without foam.

3. The extract collection is not required to be conducted in the heater, but can be conducted at the bottom of evaporator with upper and lower butterfly valves of heater closed; and the proportion is over 1.35.

4. The equipment is capable of discharging water automatically to reduce the labor intensity, and is provided with the semi-automatic function; it is required that whether the automatic discharge function is needed shall be noted when the order is placed.
