概述 Description

本機(jī)是將料液壓入位于塔體頂部的噴嘴霧化成微小霧滴，同塔頂熱風(fēng)平行而下完成干燥。該機(jī)具有收塵率高，無(wú)粘壁、節(jié)能高效等特點(diǎn)，特別適用于熱敏性物料干燥。廣泛應(yīng)用于食品染料、中間體等行業(yè)。

The material is sprayed into exiguity fog by nozzle on the top of tower. Follow the heat wind, the material is dried. The machine's characteristic is high collect drit, no past, economizing energy, high effect, and wide used in food, dyestuff, chemical industry and so on.

應(yīng)用 Application

本機(jī)主要適用于醫(yī)藥、食品、化工等行業(yè)進(jìn)行粉末或顆粒物料的干燥。

◎ 食品工業(yè)：全脂奶粉、胳朊、可可奶粉、代乳粉、蛋青(黃)等。燕麥、雞汁、咖啡、速溶茶、調(diào)味香料肉、蛋白質(zhì) 、大豆、花生、蛋白質(zhì)、蛋白質(zhì)水解物等。玉米漿、玉米淀粉、葡萄糖、果膠、麥芽糖、山梨酸鉀、南瓜粉等。

◎ 醫(yī)藥品：中藥浸膏、藥膠、酵母、維生素、抗生素、、脂肪酶等。

◎ 塑料樹(shù)脂：AB、ABS乳液、尿醛樹(shù)脂、酚醛樹(shù)脂、密膠(脲)甲醛樹(shù)脂、聚乙烯、聚氯乙烯等。

◎ 洗滌劑：高級(jí)洗衣粉、普通洗衣粉、肥皂粉、蘇打粉、乳化劑、增白劑、磷酸劑等。

◎ 化學(xué)工業(yè)：氟化鈉(鉀)、堿性染料顏料、染料中間體、Mn3O4、甲荃硅酸、催化劑、硫酸劑、氨基酸、白炭黑等。

◎ 陶瓷：氧化鋁、瓷磚材料、氧化鎂、滑石等。

◎ 其它：、氯化鈣、硬脂酸劑等冷卻噴霧。

◎ Plastics and resin: AB, ABS emulsion, uric acid resin, phenolic aldehyde resin, urea-formaldehyde resin, formaldehyde resin, polythene, poly-chlor- oprene and etc.

◎ Detergent: Common washing powder, advanced washing powder, soap powder, soda ash, emulsifier, brightening agent, orthophosphoric acid and etc.

◎ Chemical Industry: Sodium fluoride(potassium), alkaline dyestuff and pigment, dyestuff intermediate, compound fertilizer, formic silicic acid, catalyst, sulphuric acid agent, amino acid, white carbon and so on.

◎ Ceramic: aluminium oxide, ceramic tile material, magnesium oxide, talcum and so on.

◎ Other: Calmogastrin, hime chloride, stearic acid agent and the cooling spray.
