二、特性
1、 機(jī)頭：采用特殊混合機(jī)構(gòu)，混合均勻不產(chǎn)生氣泡。
2、 混合頭：理性化設(shè)計，原液在混合腔內(nèi)瞬間能夠得到3段混合，確保產(chǎn)品的混合均勻度。
3、 原料加熱采用導(dǎo)熱油循環(huán)加熱，使原料溫度更加準(zhǔn) 確。高精度計量泵，變頻調(diào)速系統(tǒng)，自動調(diào)節(jié)配比，準(zhǔn)確度 ±0. 5g，并配備*的自動加色系統(tǒng)。
4、 針對彈性體灌注機(jī)設(shè)計的原液止逆裝置。
5、 系列聚氨酯彈性體灌注機(jī)，采用觸摸屏電腦控制，溫度、壓力、轉(zhuǎn)速顯示控制系統(tǒng)由PLC控制完成。所有數(shù)據(jù)在觸摸屏上顯示。
