DFC-0710B型常單缸增壓稠化儀是嚴格按照（API）標準規(guī)范10設計制造的。用于檢測油井水泥在高溫、高壓條件下稠化試驗工作。 INTRODUCTION---DFC-0710B Single Cell Pressurized Consistometers is specifically designed to continuously test cement thickening behavior under a variety of down hole high temperature and high pressure conditions in strict compliance with API Specification 10.

詳細介紹

結構特點：

1、儀器結構新穎，節(jié)約空間。整機只用一只機械閥門，操作簡單，外觀整潔。

2、電位計校正裝置與整機一體化，方便可靠實用。

3、采用英國進口溫度控制器實現(xiàn)溫度、壓力自動控制及稠度測量，控溫精準。報警系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn)稠度上限、壓力上限、溫度超限自動報警，自動停機。

4、多種記錄方式：①采用英國進口三筆記錄儀。記錄溫度、壓力、稠度。②電腦采集數(shù)據(jù)，通過軟件記錄溫度、壓力、稠度，實現(xiàn)曲線、數(shù)據(jù)處理功能。

5、采用高壓釋放閥、意大利壓力傳感器、高壓管線、氣液泵、高壓表、三通、四通、爆破片，中國臺灣產(chǎn)減速電機。

6、采用新型國家（ZL.X）高壓油濾器，便于拆卸，清洗簡單。

STRUCTURAL FEATURES

1.Overall structure of instrument novel design, and save space. Machine only adopting a mechanical valve, simple operation, neat in appearance.

2. Potentiometer correction device and integrated, convenient and practical.

3.Temperature , pressure and consistency are automatically controlled by temperature controller(made in UK), the temperature can be accurately controlled. When consistency, pressure or temperature reaches alarm set point , alarm system will automatically working and shutdown the test.

4.Multiple record modes: ① United Kingdom three recorders which can Record temperature, pressure and consistency.② Temperature, pressure, consistency, curve, data processing functions can be record by software which recorded in computer.

5. Equipped high pressure release pump (made in UK), pressure senor (made in Italy), high pressure pipeline, gas-liquid pump, high pressure gauge,3-way and 4-way joint, busting discs, reducing motor(made in Taiwan).

6. New national patents (ZL. X) high pressure oil filter, easy to disassemble and clean .
