簡(jiǎn)介:
聚苯硫醚（全稱聚次苯基硫醚，英文名Polyphenylene Sulfide，以下簡(jiǎn)稱PPS）是一種具有優(yōu)良性能的特種工程塑料，目前已有從特種工程塑料的*大類發(fā)展成為繼聚碳酸酯、聚酯、聚甲醛、尼龍、聚苯醚之后第六種通用工程塑料的態(tài)勢(shì)。PPS是國(guó)外對(duì)我國(guó)封鎖的高技術(shù)產(chǎn)品之一，在國(guó)外也僅有美國(guó)、日本和德國(guó)能實(shí)現(xiàn)工業(yè)化生產(chǎn)。PPS是一種具有芳香環(huán)，4，4’位帶有硫原子的高分子化合物。密度1．34，熔點(diǎn)280～290℃，熱分解溫度在430。C左右。PPSzui早是在1988年由Grenvesse用苯與硫在AICl。催化下利用Friedel—Crafts反應(yīng)合成的叫。19世紀(jì)末20世紀(jì)初一些化學(xué)工作者報(bào)道了與之類似的合成法，如Deuss將苯硫’酚與A1C1。作用得到一種PPS；Hill利用在濃H。SO。存在下苯硫酚的加聚反應(yīng)麗制成了一種奶油色不溶性粉狀.應(yīng)用：在電器/ 電子工業(yè)中,用于制備電氣接插件和插座,電機(jī)、電容器和許多精密儀器的配件、保險(xiǎn)基座等,電視機(jī)、電熨斗、照相機(jī)、復(fù)印機(jī)、電腦、微波爐等電器的配件等。在機(jī)械工業(yè)中,PPS 特別適應(yīng)于在高熱、強(qiáng)腐蝕環(huán)境下油井深處部件制備,在化工行業(yè)常作泵、閥門、壓縮機(jī)零件,齒輪、計(jì)量?jī)x表、密封墊等。PPS 在汽車工業(yè)中的應(yīng)用增長(zhǎng)速度zui快。因PPS 耐高溫并不受腐蝕等特點(diǎn),成為汽車?yán)硐氲挠闷?。常用于制備?dòng)力制動(dòng)裝置和動(dòng)力導(dǎo)向系統(tǒng)的旋轉(zhuǎn)式葉片、溫度傳感器、氣化器、進(jìn)氣管、汽油泵等。另外PPS 在*方面用于制作導(dǎo)彈外殼的燃燒層及導(dǎo)彈垂直尾翼部件。PPS 還可以制備合金、結(jié)構(gòu)泡沫及航空工業(yè)的*復(fù)合材料...
性能：
耐熱?？稍?00～240℃下連續(xù)使用，在低于400℃的空氣或氮?dú)庵休^穩(wěn)定，基本無重量損失，且機(jī)械性能在高溫下不降低，是目前使用溫度zui高的熱塑性工程塑料之一。②耐腐蝕。其耐化學(xué)腐蝕性與號(hào)稱塑料*的聚四氟乙烯（PTFE）相近，能抵抗酸、堿、烴、酮、醇、酯、氯烴等化學(xué)品的侵蝕，在200℃下不溶于任何化學(xué)溶劑。在250℃以上僅溶于聯(lián)苯、聯(lián)苯醚及其鹵代物。⑧優(yōu)良的介電性能。介電常數(shù)為3．9～5．1，介電強(qiáng)度13～17 kV／mm，在高溫、高濕、變頻等環(huán)境中具有很高的體積電阻率、表面電阻率，能保持良好的絕緣性。④阻燃性好。氧指數(shù)為46～53，在火焰上能燃燒，但不會(huì)滴落，且離火自熄，發(fā)煙率低于鹵化聚合物。不需添加阻燃劑就可達(dá)到UL一94V一0標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。⑤尺寸穩(wěn)定。
